Flowshed ("we," "us," or "our") operates flowshed.co, a marketplace for n8n workflow templates. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Flowshed, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly and data generated through your use of the service:

• Account information — email address, name, and profile details when you sign up or update your account.
• Usage data — pages visited, workflows browsed or downloaded, subscription status, and general interaction with the platform.
• Payment information — billing details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications — messages you send to us, such as support requests at support@flowshed.co.

We use Supabase for authentication and account management. When you sign in via magic link or Google OAuth, Supabase processes your credentials and session data on our behalf. Supabase stores your account identifier and email in secure, access-controlled databases. Their privacy practices are described at supabase.com/privacy.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. When you subscribe or buy a workflow, Lemon Squeezy collects payment and billing information necessary to complete the transaction. We receive limited data from Lemon Squeezy — such as your email, order ID, and subscription status — to grant access to purchased content. • Provide, maintain, and improve the Flowshed platform
• Authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• Process downloads and track access to workflows you've purchased
• Send transactional emails (login links, receipts, account notices)
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the service
• Monitor usage to fix bugs, prevent abuse, and improve performance

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Flowshed (such as Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, and our hosting provider), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services.

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@flowshed.co. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Authentication cookies are set by Supabase and are essential for the service to function. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may limit your ability to use Flowshed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of Flowshed after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
