Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flowshed at flowshed.co, operated by Flowshed ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Flowshed.

Flowshed provides a library of production-ready n8n workflow templates ("Workflows") that you can browse, purchase, or access through a subscription. Workflows are delivered as downloadable JSON files with accompanying documentation. We may add, update, or remove Workflows from the library at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flowshed.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

• Pricing — current prices are listed on our pricing page. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
• Cancellation — you may cancel anytime through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• One-time purchases — individual Workflows may be available for one-time purchase. Payment grants perpetual access to that Workflow as described at checkout.

We offer a 30-day refund policy on subscription and one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact support@flowshed.co within 30 days of your purchase with your order details. Refunds are issued at our discretion for purchases where the service has not met reasonable expectations. Abuse of the refund policy may result in account termination.

All Workflows, documentation, branding, and platform content are owned by Flowshed or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• License to you — when you download or access a Workflow, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and deploy it for your own business or client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Workflows as standalone products.
• Restrictions — you may not scrape, bulk-download, or republish the library; reverse-engineer the platform; or remove proprietary notices from Workflow files.
• Creator submissions — if you submit a Workflow to Flowshed, you grant us a license to distribute, market, and sell it under the terms of our creator program.

• Use Flowshed only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or download restrictions
• Do not share account credentials or resell access to the library
• Do not use the service to distribute malware or harmful content
• Do not interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access

Flowshed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Workflows will work in every environment or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for testing Workflows in your own n8n instance and configuring credentials appropriately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowshed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any Workflow. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms Flowshed or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends, though licenses to Workflows already downloaded may continue subject to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Flowshed after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
