Setup Guide
- 1Download the workflow JSON file and import it into n8n
- 2Connect a Typeform API credential and set YOUR_TYPEFORM_FORM_ID on the Typeform Trigger node
- 3Create an Airtable base with all required columns (Name, Email, Company, Job Title, Industry, Company Size, Revenue, LinkedIn, Website, Lead Score, Lead Grade, Lead Priority, Lead Summary, Pain Points, Outreach Suggestion, Buying Intent, Created At, Workflow Version, Enrichment Status, Sales Email Opening, Company Summary, Workflow Runtime (ms), Execution Started At, Execution Completed At, AI Valid)
- 4Connect an Airtable Personal Access Token on Check Airtable Duplicate and Push to Airtable CRM nodes
- 5Open Workflow Settings and edit the CONFIG block: enrichment_provider (apollo, pdl, or none), airtable_base_id, airtable_table_id, scoring weights, typeform field refs
- 6Set up enrichment API: Apollo (header X-Api-Key) or People Data Labs (header X-Api-Key) as HTTP Header Auth on Enrich Lead
- 7Connect an OpenAI API key on Generate AI Insights (ensure your account has credits)
- 8Click Save → Activate the workflow
- 9Submit a test Typeform response and confirm the enriched lead appears in Airtable

Common Mistakes
- Typeform field refs in Workflow Settings do not match your form — update typeform_name_field_ref and typeform_company_field_ref
- Airtable column names must match exactly — missing columns cause push failures
- enrichment_provider set to apollo or pdl without API credential configured — enrichment fails but lead still processes
- Using Clearbit credentials — this workflow uses Apollo or PDL, not Clearbit
- minimum_lead_score set too high — leads below the threshold are filtered out before CRM push
- OpenAI API key has no credits — AI fields show fallback text and ai_valid will be false
- Expecting duplicate emails to create new records — existing emails are skipped by design
